I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Therapy, along with other integrative techniques—each one tailored to meet your unique path and needs. Through this process, many clients begin to experience greater clarity and inner peace. Old wounds soften. Self-compassion deepens. What once felt overwhelming becomes more manageable—and even meaningful.

Family

Family therapy provides a safe, supportive space for families to address and navigate complex challenges. I work with families of all shapes and sizes, focusing on strengthening relationships by improving emotional intelligence, fostering resilience, and enhancing communication. Together, we explore ways to better understand one another, express needs clearly, and find effective ways to support each other through difficult times. By addressing underlying issues and encouraging open dialogue, family therapy can help your family grow closer and cultivate a more joyful, supportive home environment.

Children

I have a deep passion for working with children and offer compassionate, specialized therapy services to help them navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Child therapy provides a safe, supportive space where children can express their feelings, manage big emotions, and develop essential coping skills and emotional resilience.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including sand tray therapy, art, therapeutic games, and even outdoor walks or time in nature, to engage children in ways that feel comfortable and accessible. Whether it’s managing anxiety, improving social skills, coping with school-related stress, or adjusting to life changes like divorce or loss, my goal is to help children build a strong foundation of confidence and emotional well-being.

I also work closely with parents to deepen their understanding of their child’s emotional landscape and current challenges. Together, we’ll explore practical tools for establishing healthy boundaries, promoting effective leadership, and navigating difficult moments—all while strengthening the parent-child connection.

Teens

Navigating the teenage years can be challenging, with emotional, social, and academic pressures often creating confusion and stress for both teens and their families. I offer teen therapy services designed to provide a safe space where adolescents can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Using a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each teen’s unique needs, I help them better understand themselves, their relationships, and learn to manage their emotional world. My goal is to empower teens to navigate their challenges with confidence and build a foundation for long-term emotional health and growth.

Couples

I offer marriage and couples therapy to help partners strengthen relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. Whether you’re dealing with ongoing disagreements, emotional distance, trust issues, or navigating significant life changes, I provide a safe, supportive space where both partners can express their needs and work toward mutual understanding. Through therapy, couples can heal past wounds, break free from dysfunctional patterns, rebuild connection and intimacy, and develop healthier ways to relate to one another. My goal is to help couples deepen their connection with themselves and each other, fostering lasting positive change and creating a stronger, more fulfilling partnership.
