30 Minute Consultation
I can schedule a 30-minute phone consultation before our first meeting to address any questions you may have and ensure that my practice is the right fit for you. A consultation is not required to begin treatment.
If I will be working with your child, I’ll first consult with you over the phone, and then we’ll schedule a session with both parents to gather additional information and background.
Fees & Insurance
I currently charge $150 per session and am not in-network with any insurance providers. However, if you’re interested in out-of-network reimbursement, I can provide a super bill that includes all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company.
I recommend reaching out to your insurance to inquire about the percentage of the treatment fee they may reimburse, the maximum dollar amount per session, and how many visits are covered. This will help ensure you have all the information you need to make the process as smooth as possible.

With a career in the field beginning in 2007 and a license obtained in 2011, I have cultivated a practice dedicated to providing trauma-informed treatments grounded in research and clinical expertise. My approach is integrative and client-centered, designed to meet each person where they are, respecting their strengths and addressing their unique challenges. I am deeply committed to authenticity, compassion, and humor, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is inclusive, safe, and supportive. My goal is to foster connection and collaboration, partnering with clients and their support systems to create lasting, meaningful change.
